Daniel Vecino, The Hero Plan inventor and author will perform a practical session to the Lleida University Social Education, Psychology and Psycopedagogic students.

The main goal is discovering how The Hero Plan could help in a gamified and lean way to:

• Discover main competences and weaknesses to educational and professional development
• Define a clear Focus to guide the professional career
• Use gamification to define a common language to work on effective actions plans and strategy.
